No price listed, and the folding mechanism looks kind of like a Swift's, except with the slight complications of rear suspension added.

Anyway, just sharing it along, if it's of interest.

There isn't a price because that's a computer image of what appears to be a prototype, perhaps. Their recumbent bike line looks good though. It'll be interesting to see if this company does make a folder.
