No, no, you're missing the point. You're from the slow class aren't you? While somewhat less common, it is still OK for women to laugh at men's injuries. What would get everyone's attention is if a man were to laugh a women's injuries as I challenged Mo' to do. To do so would require overcoming millions of years of genetic programming and thousands of years of charm school training and/or the guy would have to be a complete worm.

Oh, I don't agree, and, yeah, so what if I'm from the slow class? What you got against that, gimpy? :p But, I've had men laugh when I've gotten hurt. That is...until I started crying - which is a woman's secret weapon. We cry to make men suffer. It's like squeezing your "boys" in an orange press, you men hate it so badly. I've learned over the years, that my big ol' buggy blue eyes are perfect for producing huge tear drops, my lips tremble effortlessly, and my sniveling is an academy award- winning performance. I've had men turn red in the face, beg for forgiveness, offer to buy me all sorts of crap, and pretty much grovel like pre-pubescent school boys just from my crying. And I can't tell you just how much fun that is. :D

Is this like the talking that my ex-gf and I used to do? Her sister caught us once and when we claimed we were just talking, she asked why I needed to take my glasses off to talk. I told her that I think more clearly with my glasses off, of course.

There was an LA screening a few months back, but to my knowledge no So Cal screenings scheduled in the near future. The film will air on PBS Independent Lens (http://www.pbs.org/independentlens/index.html) on January 1, 2008 and also screen at the Cal State Long Beach Conference on Genocide in 2008. Also you can check the website (http://www.newyearbaby.net/site/c.grKNIWPHIsE/b.672275/k.CBF1/Home.htm) for upcoming screenings in the "news" section and/or join the mailing list.

FSA or Campagnolo?

Sacha's having some "work done" at the end of the month. New compact handlebars, new wrap (haven't decided yet), Record skeletons. I'm also replacing her 50 chainring. It hasn't been shifting as fast as I'd like under load and my mechanic, Manny, pointed out that the backside of the S-Works ring has less ramp than some other brands. So the question is.... do I go with the black FSA outer ring (which would look very cool on Sacha) or double the price and keep my gal true to Campy? And if I go with the FSA, should I swap out both 50/34 rings to stay OCP? I really don't need to, but..........

(We're off to ride. Sacha and I will discuss this while we're on the road)

Drizzle is OK. But a sudden shower dumped on me and I didn't know if my Dinotte could take that much water. Didn't want to be caught out on Vista del Mar with no lights.

I may go out again when it lightens up. Sacha's already dirty anyway.

I assume your S-works compact crank is 110 BCD, in which case Campy won't work. For some reason, Campy chose to NOT make their chainrings 110 BCD when they came out with their compact crank design.
