Good morning, So Cal!!

Haha, I'm awake before Joy for once!! Of course, I'm in a time zone 8 hours ahead...

Cheaters never prosper, Joel. :p Where are you?

If he is in a time zone 8 hrs ahead, he must be in London or some other place in Great Britain...

Mark, it's too early in the morning to try to use the ol' cauliflower. Much easier to let others tell me the answers...!;)

Those animals mostly bite humans and spit them back out.

Stop calling me an animal, ME. It's not nice. (No comment about spitting out)

Ah...just got the call from my LBS. My new FSA bars are installed and ready to go! Just have to get over there before 6 but I've got vendors here working on our video conferencing systems (that they messed up in the first place) and I'm stuck for the moment. Think I'll tell them that they can come back tomorrow to finish!

What type of frame are you looking for?

Interesting...

I'm thinking of buying a cross frame and getting a little dirty, but the Prince one really likes me a lot, it wanted to go home with me from the LBS. Too bad it costs so freaking much.

Honestly, I'm not sure. Part of me wants a second road bike, part wants a cc bike, and then part of me wants a Pinarello (which I think I'd be afraid to ride and wouldn't ever race so it's probably not a good idea anyway).

I can get a supersix team frame for a reasonable price, but I'm thinking something different, like Look, Pinarello, Cervelo, ...?

You could always get the cheaper Cervelo RS and use the rest of the cash towards a cross bike. I don't know how well the RS would match up with your intended riding though.

That's all I would need to hear. Esp the black one with the green accents.

Nope, it would just make her feel guilty for not riding and then I'd get in trouble for it. ;)

I saw the super6 at Nytro the other day. The concave half dome headset that couples the oversized head tube with (standard sized?) fork steerer looks kind of weird. :p

I've been looking at the Cervelo frames, too. Truthfully, I should just buy a cross frame cause I know that a more expensive bike won't make me any faster.

Since when do bike purchases have anything to do with going faster?

However, CX bike does open up an entirely new outlet...

I've got the perfect solution. Buy the Pinarello, but when you want to do cyclocross you just carry the bike the entire way rather than just over mud.

My wife said something ambiguous about I'll be getting a Prince soon, don't worry about it. Not sure what that was supposed to mean. However, when she got home I said "Hey, want to see my bike?" To which she said (in an angry tone) "You got ANOTHER one!"

So I'm probably reading into the Prince comment... :(

That's probably what'll end up with, I just have to wait until the end of January. It just means that the Slice AND Supersix will show up at about the same time.

I guess I could live at the Incycle for a few days...

The difference from your systemsix to the supersix is very slight. It just feels better.
