Southern California - So Cal needs a long thread "What's Up?" type thread!

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Better rider? :roflmao::roflmao::roflmao::roflmao:
At that price range the relationship between cycling skill and ownership is nonexistent. You are as likely to see a balding fat orthodonist on a Prince as a Cat 1 racer.
No no no no. Two Cannondales is one too many.
I have three in my garage. Two belong to my wife. How does that happen?

Probably more likely. Cat. 1s don't like to pay for bikes and Pinarello doesn't sponsor too many teams.

It's more likely that I'll become a balding fat orthodontist than a Cat 1 racer!
I'd probably be afraid to ride it anywhere. :D
I wonder what the Dogma frameset costs?

Truthfully, it'll probably be a SuperSix, I already have a nice crankset for it...

No, get the Dogma. It's made of magnesium. It's one of very few bikes that might actually burst into flames if you crash it.

Rode Lake Hughes Road for the first time today, and it is a very nice ride. Quite scenic, very little traffic. Castaic to Lake Elizabeth and back is about 48 miles and 4200'. I think the Tour de Francis includes this section.

Yes, and TDF is coming up. I have to get some climbing in before December.

Nice area to ride. Can get windy. Next time make this and complete the ride. (http://shprung.com/sfvbc/?ride=LAWM-T1) I did this one but started and ended from Burbank with lunch (if you want to call it that-bike food) in Hughes. I plan to do it again this month. I just do not know when.

I'm in Toronto right now. 2*C (35*F) and w/windchill -3*C (27*F). I didn't bring my bike, but I guess it would've been a nice Stagecoach-type training. :p
