OMG. So, I'm on this nutridata website entering my stats and it came back with this:

Never mind. I was just trying to be helpful. I would hate to think that your BMI is really 3601.9. To get a number that high you would have to include that fat of all the people around you in the calculation. Maybe you should hang out with skinnier people.

Or are you a burglar by trade, broke into a wealthy homeowner's 4.6 million dollar spread, ransacked the place and then ended up jumping out a window into the pool below when the security guards showed up and shot at you while you swam around with some of the loot?

I think Crash is some instructor in the military. He is probably testing those highly secretive projects involving sharks in swimming pool with laser beams on their heads.

i am a rescue swimmer for the Navy, part of my job also entails being a crew chief/ door gunner for helicopters, some of those missions mean flying into bad guy places. i just transferred to shore duty so most of my time now is spent in the pool evaluating people as swimmers, but i guess i don't have much fear of getting shot at in the pool, unless someone is very unhappy with my assessment of their evaluation.

Back from my afternoon ride. I went up Mt. Soledad via La Jolla Mesa Dr for the 1st time due to the closure of Soledad Mt Rd. Kick*ss hill. Not too long but fairly steep. I should go AWOL from work more often.

I understand that they're working on the repairs but it will be a while. They have to install reinforced concrete pilings deep into the hillside to stabilize the area before they can actually repair the road.

I was too lazy to go through my cycling ritual this evening so I ran instead.
