Effin' Aye... I went to go swimming and the pool was closed due to high winds earlier in the day (which apparently left a thick layer of dust on the pool). Looks like i'll be heading back tomorrow evening. I've gotta get at least 2 swims in before the triathlon on the 9th (and a brick or two).

What's up with us is that we just got back from 12 days in Arizona; which included the League of American Bicyclists National Rally and the El Tour de Tucson. We also visited the Pima Air & Space Museum and the Titan Missile Museum in addition to doing an awesome ride into Chiricahua National Monument in southeastern Arizona. It was a great trip. First time riding with my Dinotte 200L-AA headlight today. It was great! :D

Wide uniform beam but it doesn't shine as far nor does it have the hotter center beam like the Fenix flashlight. Sufficient for my return ride from work on ok but sometimes unlit roads.

Time to go to dinner. My brain's all but shut down by now, so no more work tonight.

The good thing about eating so late is that one can sit down, exchange pleasantries with a waitress who has all the time in the world, pick out something to eat, wait for the food, eat the dinner, and be out of there all in 25 minutes. Doesn't make up for the fact that it's really late, though.
