40 mile range(don't know - i've been riding w/out computers and monitors lately) with hilz. i've just been trying to ride to the level i know i'm capable of. hard to do when you're not in the best shape, it turns out.
the one hill that really defines my daily loop is being constructed upon, so i have to detour and find others to make up for it. this is part of the reason i lost my climbing legs, anyway.
