How do I lose Weight? That is the wrong question. Everyone knows the answer to that. You move around more and you eat less. There are a hundred ways to do this and all of them work. It is simple. Simple yes. Easy NO.
The real question should be, how do I keep it off. The answer for me is exercise and a lot of it. At least 13 hours a week. If I exercise that much, I can weigh what I weigh now, or less if I want to. I weigh 158. That is what I should weigh. I find the time to bike 2 or 3 hours a day, and that keeps the weight off. Its simple, but again, its not always easy to find the time.
I really dont think there is any other way to do it. Get out and ride. Oh... and eat a reasonably diet.
