I've looked everywhere for videos on fitness cycling, I've found books but no video's. I wondered where i can get some as i do know they exist. prefrably from the UK because thats where i live :)

Do a search for Spinervals (I think thats the correct
spelling) they have a series of videos out.
Also Cyclerobics which was at one point connected
with Cyclops trainers, you might check their web site.

a lot of companies sell Spinervals. try Nashbar,Performance ( a google search will find others)..... I think at least one would ship to you.
