New to this forum, been riding since I was young and I'm old now. Usually ride road but when the weather goes bad I move to the mtn bike. Cycling is my 3rd priorty after family (wife and 3 kids) and work (gotta pay the bills). I'm hoping to get training tips and share my point of view. thanks for reading
