Well it is good, that they are pressing charges, but so sad that the cyclist died. Some of those meds are pretty strong. I have taken soma and xanax before in the past and just those by themselves are enough to put me asleep. I can't imagine what taking them together would do sounds like somebody had a drug problem. I hope they throw the book at him, and he gets a cell mate that beats his a** every night.

You are 100% correct. But why did they let him go? Simple cause this is Austin!! They say we are a "cycling friendly city". What a joke! 6 cyclists killed this year.
