Building a single gear for my son.

Apart from bottom bracket threads and headset and seat-tube openings, I have a couple other small items I think may need to think about before powder coating:

1. In the not-so-clear picture attached, I have a Lotus Elite frame with (what what seems to me to be) an odd headset situation. The lower-pressed race and upper-pressed race (chrome in pic) are attached to the frame, not removeable. Anyone seen this? What I want to know is, before powdercoating, besides plugging the headtube, do I need to carefully mask those chrome parts?

2. Brake-cable guides along top tube. Should something go inside before pc so paint build-up doesn't prevent routing? Otherwise how would I chase the paint afterward?

3. Bottle cage screw threads: I assume remove screws, but is it possible to plug those?

Thanks!

the powdercoater should be smart enough to plug all threaded things. Also you can specify what to mask off like your HS bearing races
