just did a edit on the orig post to add the prices... unfortunately, i would have to act fast on the 07's since the LBS only had 1 left... i did get a chance to ride the FSR XC.. it felt good however, the rear did seem bouncey to me.. guess it need more air or sumthin.. i plan on tryin the other 2 out if i get a chance too...
do you feel that the Trek is a better bike than the C'Dale though?.. i mean with the new technology they put in it i.e; ABP, re-designed rear suspension etc... i know the lower end Trekk FS's are not designed the saem way as the higher end EX's too...
as for the Rush 6, i know they packaged it up differently for '08... matter of fact, i think they downgraded a few of the components and would prefer the '07 over the '08 while it's available...
just don't know... i just want to make a good decision on this investment...

Definitely.
the rear did seem bouncey to me...
Bouncy or pedal bob?
Bouncy can be cured with a little more rebound damping. (turn knob clockwise)
Make sure the person selling you the bike knows how to set it up for you before you make a decision on it. Don't cast the FSRXC out the window b/c your LBS throws you on a bike and turns you loose in the parking lot.
Ask them "Can you make this less 'bouncy'?" I'd ride it again with it set up properly.
I didn't type that b/c I like the FSRXC...I really don't care for it. I'm not a fan of the Rush or Fuel either. Of the 3, the FSR is on top.
I'm just pissed off that another shop doesn't give that "personal touch" and stinkin' help you make an educated decision.
