I'm hoping it was someone on here.

I've been off the bike for a while due to travel and just work overload so I decided this week to start riding in the morning. While leaving a stoplight around 0810 on La Crescenta I was blown by from another cyclist. I was struggling to get my feet clipped in (just bought Speedplays for the first time due to some knee issues) and once I clipped in I gave chase. Maybe 4 miles later I almost caugth up then Mr. Speedy met with another cyclist and they were off to never be seen again by me. I was wearing a yellow jersey (obviously not for my skill sets) and have lots of tattoos. Just curious if is was anyone on here.

Wasn't me, but I was dropped (like I was standing still) by a middle aged lady on a pink Pinarello going up Descanso Dr this evening.

I do believe you are talking about a good friend of mine named leslie. She's a bit on the petite side and her Pinarello is pink and black mix? She's a very good climber and super nice to boot. She can hang with the Montrose fast group and be there at the end, not bad for a gal over 50 I would say

cheers

I believe that was her! It was indeed pink and black. She was small and light complected, wearing a yellowish kit, and said a pleasant greeting as she went by. I barely huffed out a "good evening". And yeah, she passed me going UP Descanso (not really a climb, but it's uphill).
