Touring - Pletscher 2B rack good for touring?

I've got my eyes on the Pletscher 2B rack, which Pletscher says works for both front and rear. Has anyone use these, and can comment about them? They're cheap, but they can hold 55lb. Actually, I might prefer the 4B, because that has attachment points for bungee cords at the bottom. They're still cheap, and can still hold 55lb. I'm planning to do fully loaded touring; will these racks pose any problems with that?

The 2B is quite flexible, which isn't a good thing in a rack. Given the choice I'd pick the 4B but really, I'd probably pick something else for fully loaded touring.

+1 The Pletscher never was a great rack even when you could find them everywhere. Was kinda like having cooked pasta for a rack. The single vertical stay on the 2B isn't a good idea with bags...unless you like the idea of random rear wheel lock ups;). You can do a lot better. Delta, Topeak, Blackburn...lots to choose from in about the same price range for a far superior rack
