Song we used to sing in kindergarten -

Good morning, good morning
Good morning to you
Good morning good morning
good morning to you

Our day is beginning
I'm so glad to meet you
good morning good morning
good morning to you"

Pretty short song, but hey. It was better than the way my parents would sing, "getttttt your butt out of beddddd"

Been up since 6 am, as usual. Rained here today and the commute was a bear. Bailed out of taking the tollway and used backroads. Still took almost 1.5 hrs to get to work. Usually takes about 20 minutes.

I'm here, I'm beat ... but I'm here. Lots of riding last night, came home - had a beer and fell asleep with lights and TV on again. Woke up at 5 with my favorite little noodly kitten sleeping on my shoulder - awwwwwwww.

And I'm starved!!! Thinking I'm going to splurge on a breakfast this morning. Hmmmmmm now what to get ...

I got only two hours of sleep after the toilet malfunctioned in a big way at 3:00 AM. Although I made desperate emergency calls to have the maintainence man come, each one was met with an answering machine. The maintenance man finally called back at 8:00 and showed up to fix the toilet in my flooded bathroom at 9:00 AM. I'm tired, I need coffee, and my bathroom is a terrible mess! I hope you're having a good morning today. I'm certainly not.

hindsight and all, but testing the shut off valves a couple a times a year never hurts.

I tried using the shutoff valves. It didn't work.

That could be spelled a different way.

I was up at 5am...as usual.

exactly my point, if tested every few months, one can make sure that a valve will shut off in an emergency.
