Been up since 6 am, as usual. Rained here today and the commute was a bear. Bailed out of taking the tollway and used backroads. Still took almost 1.5 hrs to get to work. Usually takes about 20 minutes.

Got up for the day at 7:00 A.M. and been busy since then.

So now I'm officially up at 11AM with only 4 hours of sleep. Will be on the road bike by12:30PM for a 2 hour ride.

I'm up every morning at 4:30 for work, today I forgot to set my alarm but still woke up.

up since 4:30ish myself - crashed around 23:30 last night. that's my normal schedule.

I'm here, I'm beat ... but I'm here. Lots of riding last night, came home - had a beer and fell asleep with lights and TV on again. Woke up at 5 with my favorite little noodly kitten sleeping on my shoulder - awwwwwwww.

And I'm starved!!! Thinking I'm going to splurge on a breakfast this morning. Hmmmmmm now what to get ...

I got only two hours of sleep after the toilet malfunctioned in a big way at 3:00 AM. Although I made desperate emergency calls to have the maintainence man come, each one was met with an answering machine. The maintenance man finally called back at 8:00 and showed up to fix the toilet in my flooded bathroom at 9:00 AM. I'm tired, I need coffee, and my bathroom is a terrible mess! I hope you're having a good morning today. I'm certainly not.

exactly my point, if tested every few months, one can make sure that a valve will shut off in an emergency.
