The Cannondale dealer right? They were really friendly and mostly helpful whenever I've been in there. I've never purchased a bicycle from them though. They changed out a sealed cartridge bearing for me while I waited when everyone else on Stanyan either couldn't do it or wanted me to leave the wheel and come back in a week. If I want a Cannondale, they'd be my first choice.
been there a few times or various small things. most of the workers there are very friendly. There's just one guy, white, young looking guy who is always very rude. All kinds of attitude.
plus, the 2 asian girls working there are pretty cute.

Can't say enough good stuff about them. I worked there, early 90's. 3 days was enough, total scum bags, I almost punched out one of the a***** mechanics there. At some point later on an Asian family bought the place, Two really sweet fine knowlegable girls at the front. The Main guy young asian dude helped my wife try some bikes. She ended up with a way cool black Klein with holographic lettering, great price, did a total fit and talked her into lock in pedals!! SWEEEET! She was such a fraidy cat, he gave her lessons on getting in and out, they treated her like a princess and what 56 year old woman doesn't like that, now she loves the bike the pedals and is always happy on her little pony! And I'm real happy! A kind of rolly polly mechanic very cool guy built up some mavics that she loves them and a really well built, She hits every pot hole in the city. Only minus is the clothes are really expensive. Sports Basement is better for that.

I've been there once, to change some pedals. They were quick and pretty helpful. But I usually go to SF cyclery just a block or two up the street.
