I saw one at my local pawnshop, its in really nice shape for $30. It say's Haro Excess and has a Chromo 4130 sticker. Is this a good bike?
My main use is commuting, no hard off-road ridding.
My other choice is a Raleigh Technium in the same condition for $75. Which one is the better deal?
