Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

I am happy to be among you guys and gals that love biking. I am a newbie that started bikeing 3 weeks ago. My daughter and son inlaw move back home from Pennsylvania and left their 2 bikes with me. One is a Trek Navigater 200 and the other one is a Trek 4900. After 3 weeks I am hooked on riding. I can't wait to get home to ride. Each day I go a Little farther and hopfully I can travel as for as you folks go. Looking forward to visiting with you all.

Do you know what size the bikes are? What your 'standover' measurement is? You might want to visit the Clydesdales/Athenas forum.

Sup bulldogfan. The bike rack and Indian Cycle will have the most selections for any type of riding, and Gary at Pro Bike will have some sweet road bikes. Picked up a Masi from his this year. Love it. The 100 miles is worth the trip to get a good ride and some great help. Welcome to two wheels, and check out the Jackson Metro Cyclists group on Yahoo. Granted you won't be able to make any Wednesday afternoon rides, but there are some great weekend organized rides you can find out about (though I think they are all done for the year).

Go State.
