There are some werid ass noises coming crank region, sorry I'm not that good at bike mechanics but, how do I take the crap in the first pic apart? Is there something I can clean or do so it stops making sqeeky almost grinding type noises? Main question, how do I take the first pic sh*t apart? Sorry..., don't laugh! :rolleyes: sorry my bike is fu*kin filthy

You have what is called a "one-piece", or "Astabula" crank. Everything you need to know to take it apart and service it can be found here:

You will need one of those SPA-4 pin spanners (the widget with the yellow handle) to do the job. You can get them for less than $10 at a bike shop.
