Triathlon - deliriou5 or anyone else going to this Tri?

i joined recently but havent participated in anything. looks like a good group and i thought people in my area might be interested if they didnt know about it.

I am probably not going to be swimming until next year because of my recent shoulder injury. I broke my collarbone and had to get a metal plate to fix all the bone pieces together. I'm back on the bike and back running, but swimming requires full range of motion in my shoulder, which i unfortunately don't have yet.

yeah i remember reading about your collar bone :(.
i havent decided if i'm gonna participate yet, but i think i'll attend either way, maybe volunteer, tho i am leaning towards participation. but either way meet some of the folks who are into the sport locally.

I'd do it, but I haven't been swimming in a lonngggg time. My 5k is pretty good, but still needs some work. And then there is the $69 that I don't have. Why are tri's so expensive/?!?!?!
