OK ... i have been pro fit everything sized right yadda yadda.. my right foot which i injured back in highschool by rolling it badly and walking off the pain healed improperly... i remember at like a niketown or adidas store i did one of those "step here and see where you apply pressure as you walk" things and i know that on my right foot front right section i apply heavy pressure since i rolled it and didnt allow it to heal properly...
now when i cycle i get this burning sensation only in my right foot in that exact spot ( im using nike poggio cycling shoes which fit great [width and length] however the insole is just killing me! i get a serious hot spot on my foot)
can someone recommend me where i can get a great cycling insole here in the "SOUTHBAY" for my nike shoes so i can endure longer rides! i guess also i would need to find one with a low stack height especially if i want it for my cycling shoes...
any advice is welcome... thank you

I just used the insoles from my worn out $100 nike shox running shoes. Feels GREAT with these stiff ***** carbon soles. Helps put some pressure on the top of the foot where the buckle strap is too.

I had a hot spot on my right foot also but by moving my cleat on shoe to distribute load a little differently it helped me by moving it forward and to the left looking at it from the top a few degrees I was able to correct it. Depending on were it is on your foot you might try different placement of the cleat on that troubled foot, it may or may not help.
By the way the brand shoes also my make a large diffrence, I started with Shimanos but ended up with SIDI shoes which also helped alot.

Go see this guy on Crenshaw across from the Acura dealer near PCH. Bring your cycling shoes obviously.

Check out esoles. Here is the link: http://www.esoles.com/
Click on the dealer locations and that will tell you who in CA can fit you with these custom made orthotics.
I have these in my shoes and they make them feel like slippers.

Try a pair of supersoles, they have a model for road riding (silver or gray) about $40 and really made a difference in my SIDI's. You can buy them online allegromedical.com.

Go to a podiatrist and get an exact negative mold of your foot (feet). The podiatrist will then make you a pair of orthotics that will fit you. I have the hard orthotics and use it in the SIDI 5. It works well. I can also use these orthotics in my street shoes as well.
