Singlespeed & Fixed Gear - bullhorn handlebar question

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. first off, i AM a n00b on this forum, but not so much where i haven't done searching on here for other threads of the like. i just haven't found what i'm looking for in the other threads about these handlebars as a subject. i have done some looking around thanks to google, and just regular online bikestores i regularly check, but with no avail.
so here it goes...
i'm looking to get rid of my track drops, and getting some bullhorns. ive rode with horns before, and definitely like them more than drops. the bullhorns i'm ideally looking for, would have a slight drop. maybe 50mm-60mm at most, but from the stem out, be flat, with no drop right after the center of the bars. i know that last part may sound confusing, so ill try to explain it in more detail; by straight, i mean how regular zero drop bullhorns are from the center, straight out. if this is still impossible to comprehend, ill try to make up some picture diagram by what i exactly mean. thanks in advance for any advice/info. appreciate it much!

Get these (soma urban pursuit) and just turn them down like you're 'posed to but nobody on here seems to. It'll give you a nice, comfy drop with a great flat bar near the stem.

Keep an eye on the college lockups and spy an old school leather saddle from an early '80s touring bike. I'm sure there are plenty abandoned. Some of them still have decent springs. Bring a wrench.

Can you tell me where you lock up so I can steal some things off of your bike? There are a few parts that I need and I'm a complete prick who steals rather than buys his own things. Thanks.

Awesome.
OP, go with the Somas; they are quite affordable as well.

american colleges are a vast wasteland of abandoned beaters.
who needs a bike when they just built a new parking garage and two new parking lots on campus!?

I used to know a guy in New Orleans who thought the same thing as he clipped the locks on bikes on the Tulane campus.
