"I think some of the appeal with 'cross is, if you get dropped (lapped) in a 'cross race, we're not going to pull you. You can still ride the entire race and just be out there racing against yourself."
I'll tell you what the appeal is for me... it's getting to race in a series (capcity) that's not run by him.
