...in my hands!
my handlebar seems to be causing me to loose feeling in my fingers on my right hand, and my hand is also sore the day after.
am i putting too much weight on the bars? i tend to have a very "foward" riding position...

There are several discussions already on the forums discussing this topic, do a search for numb ... there is also one discussion with several replies already. You can probably find an answer very quickly there ...

You might be doing one of the following:
Grabbing the handles too tightly (loosen up!)
Sitting too much (stand up a few times!)
Wearing too tight of a glove (get a new one, maybe yours shrunk)
Make sure the bike is set up to your size, if you're riding all crunched up, you might be uncomfortable.

it happens with or without gloves, but iw ouldnt be surprised if i'm just gripping WAY too hard.
i'm very strong, especially in the forearm/grip department. i'm going out today for another ride, i'm going to try a lighter grip
AHHHH .... mountain biking ... nothing else gets your heart pumping as you end your 30 mph downhill run at a cliff!
