Hey Peeps.... I am looking at making an ID Card to leave on my bike. I have and extra luggage tag I was going to use but wanted to print up the card with all the info on it. So here is my question, what info should I include? Name, phone, address and what else? Maybe Insurance info, bike description? What do you use?

TIA

SirJoel

I just keep a photocopy of my driver's licence and a photocopy of my medical insurance card in my seatpack (or CamelBak for the mountain bike). Has all the pertinent information on it if I have an accident and/or someone finds me knocked out somewhere....
