I don't get into any really rough terrain; I do a lot of riding on loose gravel with debris like sticks. I want to be able to ride this winter in the evenings after work.
Been thinking of getting a Niterider Trail Rat Select 15 Watt Headlight. They are on sale for $100. I'm just wondering if the halogen bulb will stand up to the vibrations from potholes, sticks, rocks, etc.
Anyone familiar with these lights?

I have used the Niterider evolution Smart which is a 15 watt halogen, off road. It worked pretty well for me, but I don't go very fast.

You're going to want a wide angle too, like 25deg to 38deg.
