Well Costco started to sell Pumpkin pie. There goes my diet. heh. I think 100g grams are about 300 calories, but it's so delicious. :(

My wife made me some Marrionberry pie tonight. We're having it after the Lasagna.

I maintain that pumpkin pie is the perfect pre-ride breakfast :D Lots of energy, easy to digest, and sooooo yummy :D
Also one of the perfect recovery foods.
Also one of the best desserts.
Dangit, I just ate the last piece....

If you put in a good two to three hour ride the day after Thanksgiving, pumpkin pie looks like a great part of a well rounded diet. A little high on the fat content, but check out that Vitamin A to help you see potholes in the road or deer jumping out into your path from the woods.

This shouldn't be a problem for me. I can't stand pumpkin. It ranks up there with minced meat pie and whatever the one with nuts in it is.
Now give me a dutch apple pie....

Another point in pumpkin pie's favour - I'm the only one who likes it in this house so it's MINE, ALL MINE!!! :D
I wonder what the ingredients are.
