Need anyone's/everyone's help on their experiences?

I am having some rotator cuff issues.....I had several pain free days and tried riding today after being off the bike/swim for 4 weeks. As soon as I dropped into the areobars (which were fitted by a certified bike fitter), I had some pain.....anyone ever have this experience?

Anyone have a similar experience or have some insight?

Healing up your shoulder takes time. This question belongs in T&N.
Are you icing it down? Doing exercises for it? Fighting inflammation?

4 weeks isn't that long for rotator cuff problems (or other shoulder issues) to resolve themselves; I'm 6+ weeks post shoulder injury date and my PT says another 2 or 3 before swimming again. I ran today for the first time in 6 weeks, but if it hurts tomorrow I'll have to back off. Being this patient isn't very easy for most of us, but a friend who didn't back off and didn't do her exercises is still dealing with problems that never healed right and it's been 2 *years* since her injury.
