I feel terrible for not working out for a period of two to three weeks, missed almost the whole September month without riding the bike.
The change in weather here in North California is driving me crazy; 40 in the morning, 75 during the day then windy and down in the 40s in the evening.
My body wants to workout and jump on the bike but I could not go beyond around the block as I had a very bad chronic cough with high fever.
I would get well for brief moments, maybe a day and then relapse so I decided no workout at all. Yesterday did only a light jog and its incredible how much I went back on my physical condition, its almost like starting all over.
It gets me kind of mad because I had a good cross-training routing of jogging, cycling and weights.
