My Doctor said no more running so I have a cousin very close to me that is into cross country bike riding and has been a commuter for years. I recently asked him to instruct and train me in bike riding for health and fun. We have been going at it now for almost a month. SPINNING what a concept!! Much harder than it looks for sure. I think I could get used to this. I am a loyal outdoor type that is now all over town before and after work on my new Gary Fisher WINGRA. Very Nice Bike, but what do I know this is my 3 bike in my entire life and I am 55 this year in December.

This website has been an eye opener for sure. I have been lurking for over a month and just decided to register. Well Thanks for all the info I have found here already and looking for more to help me with my new BIKING Lifestyle.

I travel for a living throughout the Oregon and Washington area for my business so that makes it a bit difficult for me and work. I would if I have a STATIC OFFICE place to go to each day but the job does not allow it. I actually am a bit of a commuter in heart, because when the work week is over and the day is done I am on 2 wheels everywhere I go unless circumstances do not allow it like my bride of 29 years and I going out or non bike kind of activities.
