I live in San Francisco and would like to bike to the east bay but are there any bridges with bike lanes?

If you don't mind riding to the south bay first, the Dumbarton bridge has a bike lane.

Your best bet maybe to take your bike on BART.

AM Commute Hour weekday: Bike on BART from Embarcadero, Transbay Bike Shuttle (Only $1!)
PM Commute Hour weekday: Transbay Bike Shuttle

Non-peak Hours: Bike on BART from wherever you choose.
