Singlespeed & Fixed Gear - Anyone remove the "comp" logo on the Ritchey headset?

Is your headset silver or black? If silver you could try a teeny bit of acetone on a rag and see if it comes off.

If it's lazer etched (probably not), you're doomed. If it isn't, try the acetone trick or the (seriously) old toothbrush and toothpaste trick. Toothpaste took the logo off of my huge ass control tech stem in like 2 seconds.

yes, that picture is the headset. the comp just looks super cheap.. i would even put sharpie over it or black electrical tape if i can't remove it.
