Southern California - Feel bad thread

Given the dark, glowering recesses of human nature that we all possess, this thread should be much easier to fill up than Spingineer's "Feel Good Thread." Time to wallow in self-loathing and guilt over this years failures. I'll go first.

1. I am too slow.
2. I am too fat.
3. Try as I might, I have to failed to convey to ovoleg the true magnitude of his worthlessness.

I'm getting slower by the second, my hard fought gains in muscle are converting to fat as we speak. I'm going out for ice cream.

I've gained weight the more miles I've ridden.

Indolent still picks on me endlessly.
