Hi all, I have read several reports (through the Spartanburg Freewheelers) of a person in a white Ford Ranger or F150 pickup truck that attempts to run cyclists off the road. Some minor injuries have apparently been reported. I'm not sure if they've picked this guy up yet or if he's still up to the shenanigans, so I just wanted to pass this info along just in case.

The incidents have been reported in the Northern Greenville County area, which is a popular starting point for the Greenville Watershed and Saluda Bakery rides.

Be careful out there!

Yes, be careful out there.... I hope this guy is caught and prosecuted. Keep us informed.

By the way, what is your signature a clip from?

hell i WISH he'd try to run ME off the road--it'd be the last time he got in his truck lemme tell ya. i pack heat in my bar bag. i'm a redneck cyclist and proud of it.

All I know is that Saluda bakery has a great looking blue roof.I put that sucker on. Oh yeah,too many good trails in WNC to fight with idiots in old trucks.

That was funny, I tried to tell my daughter the same thing, that I had "Mad Skillz." She just shakes her head and then tells me I am too old to have "Mad Skillz."
