Folding Bikes - Dahon Jetstream P8 Adjustability

I read on the Dahon spec page that the seatpost to handlebar distance is adjustable by about 4 inches. I cannot see how this adjustability is accomplished. Is there another adjustment in addition to the sliding of the saddle fore and aft on the saddle rails? I can't see any adjustments on the stem or the steering post. Is there a replaceable stem? Does the steering stem adjust fore and aft?

I can't get the Dahon site just now, but...
IIRC Jetstream P8 does not come with VRO, so that is not the mechanism that this would be accomplished by - at least not as the bike comes from the factory. As you say, the only adjustment mechanism is the seat position, and really that should be set so that you have the proper position in relation to the pedals, not the handlebars (or so I read!)

There is no adjustment on the handlepost... some models have vertical adjustment and some have VRO, but Jetstream (iirc) does not. I believe it is fixed height handlepost.

The only thing I can think of is that the Jetream (again iirc) comes with "riser bars" - basically this is a handlebar that is not flat, and has a bit of a rise/bend in it. Possibly by adjusting the rotation of this you could lengthen or shorten the cockpit.

That said, there are things you could do after-the-fact to adjust your positioning. VRO would be one such option, and possibly the easiest to accomplish.

4cmd3 is correct. The only other adjustment is to rotate or flip the handlebars. I wanted a bit more aggressive position on my Jetstream, so I flipped mine and rotated them forward.
