There are problems rolling tires with Tufo tubular clinchers on all rims.. you just have to watch them and be mindful of tire pressure.

I'm running tufo clincher/tubulars on mavic aksium rims for the second season. I've never had them roll off or flat (yet, knock on wood). Mounting them properly is crucial. I also don't run really low pressure, and use the tufo sealant. Since I'm a C class bottom feeder, I'm probably not running them as hard as elite riders that are used to real tubulars would. I suspect that a lot of the problems people had with them is from trying to treat them like traditional glue ons. I know the kind I have aren't offered anymore, but my experience with them has been good.
