Shimano Technium clothes?

So, I have been thinking about buying a good (even if expensive) winter jacket, perhaps pants, too. The Pearl Izumi jackets seem tempting but way too thin for the finnish winter. So I have looked at this:

What's important for me is that it's breathable!!!! Super-ultra-ultraultra-important.

Any opinions on the Shimano Technium clothes???
