So I was riding on PCH today, and I guess there was some kind of organized ride going on. I saw a bunch of people ridding in opposite direction with numbers on their back. Anyway the sad thing is at least 70% had their saddles too low. At that rate I don't think most of them will stick with cycling for long. :(

50% of the riders that do the MS150 ride their bikes twice per year... once the weekend before the event (for training) and then the weekend of the event...

but it is a fun ride!
