Chicago Bike Rental

I'm going to be in Chicago next weekend, and I'd like to do it carfree. Any ideas about where to rent a reasonable commuter bike at a reasonable price? I'd like to bring a pannier, so a rack would be good. Bobby's has cruisers, but a cruiser just won't work - I need to be in Evanston and at U of C. Millennium Park doesn't have bikes with racks.
