So I ended up getting my Saris roof rack off e-bay. It came with everything I need to carry two bikes. However the front clips for the forks don't lock, also one of them is a little rusty... I'd like to know where I could buy clips that fit on a rack like this?

They don't bolt on, you undo the side and slide the clips on. I dunno what you'd call these.

I have a Saris rook rack, but it's hard to tell from your picture if mine's the same style or not. I had to replace some parts on it and my LBS was able to order them direct from the Saris factory. The shop had a parts book and it was easy for them to figure out what was needed. I'd give that a shot.
