I'm 38 years old, married (with five kids). My wife and I are really enjoying all the great bike trails in and around Tempe. Having only moved here recently I'm still discovering the South Mountain Park and I can say that I've finally been "mountain biking". Our bikes are fairly entry-level (mine is a Giant and hers is a Specialized). I'm riding about 100 miles a week (on average) and my wife is riding about half as much. It's great exercise and I love being out in trails. I'm hoping to learn a lot more about biking in general and maybe make some contacts for group rides.
