Is anyone going to the races in Omaha, NE next weekend (October 20, 21)???????

I am going to try and get there to watch to find out what it is all about. It might be something I would like to try, even though I am a clydesdale.

Hell ya I'm going I'm new to the whole cross thing also just got my bike last week-end. Had a cross practice last Wed and now going to the races. I know I don't have a snowballs chance of winning but after the practice last Wed I can't wait to "pop the cherry" on the "jake". Are you going to give it a try?? PM me if ya want we can try to hook up.

I am not racing, but I am going to attend and see if it would be something worth trying at some point for me. I am still way overweight to be racing anything. I am an hour away also, but I am really interested in how it works and how hard the trails are. I may try to find a used Cyclecross bike, or build one from the frame up.

It is this weekend, is anyone going? Does anyone know if people bring their old cyclocross bikes there to sell to idiots like me that think it might be fun to take the abuse of cyclocross?????
