Hello xoxide, this would be better answered in the BMX forum, but Welcome to Bike Forums!

Going down the list:
Skip the bike stand for now. Use the money on something you NEED.
Skip the Tektro Brake lever - the FMF kit comes w/ a lever.
You'll need a Bottem Bracket (BB) for the cranks. You need a euro BB.
You need a headset, integrated.
Get a different chain. If you're racing, you won't need a Shadow Chain, Get something lighter. Plus teh Shadow Chain is known to stretch.
Wheels? You'll need those.
And I'd look at a different fork.

Thanks for the advice guys!
Ok to answer the question about wheels ill use the ones from my haro and just switch the tires. What kind of forks should I look for? And what size cranks do I need?

Well, you say your Haro is the cruiser version. That has 24" wheels. The Redline needs 20" wheels. so you're gonna need a good set of 36 spoke 20" wheels w/ 3/8" axles.
I say you don't want to skimp on forks. You can't go wrong w/ Odyssey Race forks. You'll want forks w/ dropouts for 3/8" axles. NOT 14mm. Also - look for a fork w/ a built-in compression device for the headset. Makes things alot easier.
Cranks - don't know what size you need. Depends on how tall you are & what you like. I'd say find out what size cranks are on your Haro. Are those comfortable? Then get that size. They feel a little long? Then look at something shorter. Just guessing, I'd say - 170 or 175.
Also - just because your Haro is a cruiser, don't mean you can't race it. They do have a cruiser class.

Make sure you get good forks. Don't get the Shadow chain, screw the bike stand and Tektro brake lever, get some IRC Siren tires, get a bottom bracket, and check your crank length. I'm 5' and need 170mm cranks.
