Dumb question, but I'm tired of being hunched over my handle bars.
Is there any adjustment that allows me to raise the handle bar height?
It's a MTB.

If your setup is threadless, is there any stack remaining above the point where your headset is mounted to the steerer? If not, then is your stem a flip-flop that can be reversed to give you more elevation?
Other than that, there are devices to mount inside the steerer tube end to give you extra extension and there are stems that have lots of elevation (WTB?) or are adjustable to allow elevation of the bars.
