Hi, My name is Brad, I am from Kingston Ont. Canada. I am 24 and Just got back into riding.

My brother is big into road bikes, and works at a bike shop here in town. When he said he was going to get into Mountain Biking, I decided it would be a good idea to start too. I went out and with the help of my brother and bought a Trek 4300. I would have like to get the 4300 disc, but $$$ did not let me. I am happy with the bike for now, and it does what I need it too.

So in the 4 or so weeks I have been riding, I have bailed a total of 4 times, and everytime its been over the handle bars..

The day I got my bike it was about 15 mins or so before I went over.

Oh ya, I am a smoker too, which means I cant keep up, but I plan quitting very soon, so I wont get lost in the woods anymore.. haha

Glad to hear that...by the way, my husband also has the 4300 (although w/o disc brakes, the discs were supposedly offered only in Canada, not the US), and loves the thing.
