Has anyone here ever shopped at Summit Ski & Cycle on Lincoln Boulevard in Los Angeles? Good selection? It's about a 3 minute ride from campus and I discovered it yesterday, but haven't been over there yet as it's closed.
Any opinions are welcome, thanks.

Do they cater to fixed gear riders as well? Some shops won't even special order parts.

Do they carry fixed gear-related products, if not, would they be willing to special order parts? Some shops won't even do special orders for fixed gear stuff.

Most fixed gear specific parts come from the very same distributors most shops deal with so I see no reason why a shop would not order a part for you. What exactly are you looking to order?

Nitto stem and bars, SG 75 crankset + BB, etc.

I've ordered Nitto components including other fixed gear specific parts from Oscar at Budget Bikes in Eagle Rock. I'm not so sure about the Suginos but you should give him a call. If not, you can get them on-line.

Haha, for some reason, I had a feeling you'd be selling those. No thanks, I tested a friends rb-021s and the position wasn't very comfortable for me. I'll stick with drops and risers.

I've been there, it's a drive for me, and I usually can't dedicate a full day to bike shopping. They have some awesome stuff though.
