Professional Cycling - TDF RC Car

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
I just got a new 1:10 Radio Controlled car and was wanting to paint the body to look like a Tour support car, just for fun.
Anyone got photo's or a link with some of the TDF vehicles?
I'd even like to get some 1:10 plastic bikes to put on the roof... Any ideas??
Thanks guys...

Just make sure the bikes are carbon.
What car did you get? Is it a Tamiya? I used to race them a few years ago.
YO DAN!!!!
Christopher and I are getting into it as a 'Father and son' project.
I got a Tamiya Ford Focus on the TT01 chassis. Pretty basic but will be fun :)
I already have a Calsonic Skyline on the same chassis. Gonna try some drifting.
U still got any tucked away?

Yep, still got my Audi A4. Its based on the TA03F chassis. It needs a new front suspension arm though. It went snap.

I still have my Associated TC3 Team. I preordered it back in the day and got it like 2 days after it was released to the public. Man I miss that hobby. As soon as I get a job I will definitely take it back up.

Probably duplicating the Mavic support cars would be an eazy paint job. Make color copies of some Mavic Logo's, laminate them to the inside of the body, seal them with clear and spray the yellow. If you do the research, "RC Car Action" magazine ran an article on this type of paint work sometime within the last half year for a "Cheezeits" logo.
