Hi!
About two months ago, I read about a "Tour de Donuts" that takes place in San Diego (I think in May). It's a 45-mile ride with 5 rest stops, where you get a certain amount of time to consume as many donuts as possible. For each donut you eat, they take time off your finishing time.
I've been searching the web but haven't found any information about the specific when/where/how to register type of details. Anyone know about this? Thanks!

Ha ha, very funny! OK, now that we got the police/donuts joke out, anyone have any info about the Tour de Donuts?
I think it's a UCSD event. I couldn't find anything on their website though.
Yup...UCSD Triathlon does it. http://www.ucsdtriathlon.org/cms/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=18&Itemid=26
Doesn't have any information on upcoming events.
so if they take time off for eating donuts is there anything to stop you from riding through and getting a really good finishing time?
