Since most here don't visit the announcement forum I figured I would put a congrats here with dminors faux family.

Congrats dminor, well deserved on the modhood. Enjoy the balancing act, it truly was (and will be) an experience to enjoy. Just by this pick I know brian knows his ****.

I heard dminor was known for posting controversial comments on internet message boards. In fact, according to my sources, he incited a major firestorm online that nearly led to revocation of his corporate sponsorships. Is this wild rebel the right guy to moderate such a well researched discourse on mountain biking fundamentals? I think not.

I think not.I heard from a buddy who has a brother who knows him and I hear he's a poseur, and inflammatory poster and is full of crap. Uh, no, I've never talked to him myself but my buddy's an expert on full-o'-crap people so I trust what he says so I'll post it here.

Great. New house is coming along, kids are crazy as hell (yeah I had two kids since I have been away WOW!! that would make it 3 to 4 years!!) and been doing a bunch of recording for some friends.

No Gran for me. I am rebuilding though. Sold the last of my old rides a few moths ago, picked up a '07 Stinky for my all-mountain needs (for those who do not know me I use freeride bikes for my all purpose bikes including epic rides) and a Bianchi Lewis for my road work. Soon I should be getting a Trek Session frame that I will trick out with some choice parts and another Bianchi for my longer road rides. Probably the 928 with Record groupo.
